The objective of this research is to promote communicative actions that contribute to making visible the cultural dynamics generated by women who practice rugby, taking into account the collective imagination; according to Castoriadis, this imaginary is the interpretation of communication in society. The above is intended to be carried out through a semi-structured survey in a sample of 20 people between 18 and 50 years of age from the city of Cúcuta, using a non-experimental transversal quantitative methodology, in order to generate communication and participation channels that grasps the capacities, behaviors, attitudes and positive aptitudes of the rugby players inside and outside the field of play, favoring the principles of tolerance, self-determination, social justice and active participation of all that according to Gray this, is part of the social change.
